Job Description: Academic Content Writer (Management Assignments)

We are looking for Academic Content Writers to create high-quality, plagiarism-free academic content for management-related assignments. The role involves paraphrasing content from the internet, conducting research, and delivering well-written academic work.

This is not a subject matter expert job — candidates from any stream with strong writing and research skills are welcome.

Conduct in-depth research to meet task requirements.

Understand client requirements accurately and deliver accordingly.

Revise and refine content based on client or supervisor feedback.

Follow manager guidance to ensure content quality.

📍 Job Details

Job Type: Full-time, Office-based (No WFH, Part-time, or Freelancing)

Shift: Day Shift (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Work Days: 6 Days (Mon–Sat)

📝 Screening Task (Compulsory for Shortlisting)

Task: Write a 300–400 word academic-style content on the topic:
“The Role of Leadership in Employee Motivation.”

Instructions:

Research the topic online.

Paraphrase the content in your own words (do not copy-paste).

Ensure the content is:

Grammatically correct

Structured (Introduction, Body, Conclusion)

Upload your written content on Google Docs or OneDrive and share the link for evaluation.

Provide links to any references used.
