📌 Job Description: Content Developer (Technical Writing & E-Learning – ENOVIA/CATIA/3DEXPERIENCE)

We are seeking an experienced Content Developer / Technical Writer with expertise in ENOVIA, CATIA, and 3DEXPERIENCE platforms to create high-quality training content, documentation, and e-learning materials. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong communication and instructional design skills to deliver engaging and effective learning experiences.

🔹 Responsibilities:

Develop clear, concise, and engaging technical documentation, training guides, and presentations.

Create e-learning content using tools like Articulate Storyline and Camtasia.

Design instructional material aligned with customer requirements and industry standards.

Adapt training materials for different customer profiles and intercultural contexts.

Apply best practices for assessing training content quality and implement improvements.

Demonstrate technical concepts and exercises through structured training modules.

Collaborate with SMEs, trainers, and product teams to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Monitor latest learning and e-learning trends, and recommend innovations.

Ensure all content aligns with PLM, CAD, and industry workflows.

🔹 Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in content development / technical writing.

Strong knowledge of ENOVIA, CATIA, and 3DEXPERIENCE platforms.

Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia.

Strong command of English (written & verbal) with excellent grammar and clarity.

Knowledge of instructional design, e-learning standards, and content development lifecycle.

Ability to apply intercultural learning strategies and adapt material for diverse learners.

Strong analytical, logical, and organizational skills.

Customer-focused mindset with collaboration and active learning abilities.

📝 Screening Task (For Shortlisted Candidates)

Task Objective: Assess candidate’s ability to create technical learning content that is clear, structured, and engaging.

Task Instructions:

Content Development:

Create a 2–3 page technical guide (Word/PPT) explaining a basic ENOVIA/CATIA/3DEXPERIENCE workflow (choose one: managing product structures, design collaboration, or version control).

Ensure clarity, step-by-step explanation, and use visuals/screenshots (if available).

Instructional Design:

Convert one section of the guide into an interactive e-learning slide using either PowerPoint (simulating Articulate Storyline) or storyboard format.

Highlight how learners would engage (quiz, drag-drop, or video demo).

Assessment Proposal:

Draft 3 sample quiz questions (MCQs or scenario-based) to test learner’s understanding of the content.
